Criminal & Divorce Matters at Tis Hazari — Contact the Chamber

For matters before the courts serving Central and West Delhi

This page is for litigants whose criminal or matrimonial matter lies before the Tis Hazari Courts — the complex serving the Central and West districts of Delhi — and who wish to contact the chamber of Advocate Manish Jha.

Work the Chamber Takes Up at Tis Hazari

Tis Hazari is a principal forum of the chamber's practice. On the criminal side, the chamber appears in FIR-stage and complaint cases, regular and anticipatory bail applications before the Sessions Courts, and trials under the BNS and IPC arising from police stations of Central and West Delhi. On the matrimonial side, it conducts divorce and judicial-separation petitions, maintenance and custody proceedings, domestic-violence complaints and matrimonial-cruelty cases before the courts at the complex.

Chamber Address

Chamber of Advocate Manish Jha
E-397, 4th Floor, Tagore Garden Extension,
New Delhi – 110027
Phone: +91 98738 50301
Email: legal@advocatemanishjha.com

Please note that the address above is the chamber's office at Tagore Garden, in West Delhi — not the court complex itself. Consultations, document review and the settling of the engagement all take place at the chamber. A brief meeting at the Tis Hazari complex on a hearing day can be arranged by prior appointment when the chamber is attending the court.

What to Mention When You Write

  • The court and district (Central or West Delhi) where the matter is pending or expected;
  • The FIR number and police station, or the case number and next date of hearing;
  • Whether any earlier application — bail, maintenance, interim relief — has been decided;
  • Copies of the summons, FIR, petition or orders, if available.
The chamber responds to enquiries after a conflict check. Sending an email or making a call does not, by itself, create an advocate–client relationship; that arises only when the engagement is confirmed and a vakalatnama is signed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I meet the advocate at the Tis Hazari complex?

Meetings at the complex are possible by prior appointment on days when the chamber is attending Tis Hazari, usually briefly before or after the hearing. Detailed consultations — where the papers are examined and the matter is discussed at length — take place at the chamber's Tagore Garden office.

What should I bring to a first consultation?

Bring every paper connected with the matter: the FIR or complaint, summons or notices, the petition or written statement if filed, previous orders, and any settlement or correspondence between the parties. Identification documents are also needed. A complete file allows the chamber to give a realistic first assessment.

Is the chamber located inside Tis Hazari?

No. The chamber's office is at E-397, 4th Floor, Tagore Garden Extension, New Delhi – 110027, in West Delhi. Advocate Manish Jha appears at the Tis Hazari complex for hearings, but consultations and the handover of documents are ordinarily done at the Tagore Garden chamber.
